The hotel is located directly at the Baltic Sea, East of Kiel und North of Lübeck at the Hohwacht Bay, away from traffic noise.
How to join us

By car: Highway A1 Hamburg until Oldenburg/Holstein, then 15 km in direction of Kiel/Lütjenburg, In Kaköhl turn right towards Hohwacht, once in Hohwacht take a left after 400 m (into Seestraße), down the hill, then to the left, direction Lippe; after 70 m to the right you will see the "Hotel Genueser Schiff".

By train: Until station Oldenburg i. Holstein or Plön; then taxi or bus to Hohwacht.

By plane: until Hamburg airport or Kiel airport; from there take a taxi to Hohwacht (1 hour from Kiel, approx. 2 hours from Hamburg).

These advantageous prices are based on the assumption that you will book the taxi both ways (to and from Hohwacht). In case you would like to go for this arrangement, please get in touch with the taxi company two days ahead of your journey. The taxi driver will then expect you at the airport or station with a sign bearing your name.
