Qualifications and Trainings

Our training modules aim at optimizing collaboration and  cooperation in project work.
The modules are consistent and some require competencies of previous modules. 

Aiming at a more target-oriented and effective performance, you will highly benefit from our qualified training – no matter if you are a project manager or a project consultant, if you act from a leadership position, as a change manager or if you work  in a project office.
You will be immediately able to apply the learnings of our seminars  in your day-to-day project work. We don’t use artificial case studies, but work on real life cases contributed by workshop participants.
