Our core competence is to support the implementation of complex projects and programs at the interface of project management and organisational development.

The most important goal of Consensa is to support our customers by increasing the professionalism of their projects. Our main responsibility is on process design and project facilitation. Our focus is on people as well as on project quality, cost-effectiveness and timeliness.

In order to reach up to the complexity of modern projects, we apply a model of four interacting process levels:

Our methods and interventions are based on our extensive experience in a wide range of projects - e.g. organisational development, R&D and IT implementation - throughout various industries. We use state-of-the-art project management and facilitation methods, as well as systemic consulting.
