The most important goal of Consensa is to support our customers by increasing the professionalism of their projects. Our main responsibility is on process design and project facilitation. Our focus is on people as well as on project quality, cost-effectiveness and timeliness.
In order to reach up to the complexity of modern projects, we apply a model of four interacting process levels:
