Silke Luinstra

For several years, I worked in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of personnel and organizational development, which also included an international merger process. For years, I have been a member of the CONSENSA team. I now want to use the experience that I gained inhouse to the benefit of companies from various industries. My main focus is on project facilitation and training.
As a freelance trainer and consultant, I have also worked in the field of intercultural management. I became interested in this area because of my own experiences in Canada and France as well as in several countries in Europe and in the US. My working languages are German, English and French.
After my traineeship in a bank, I studied business with a focus on human resources and international management in Hamburg and Bordeaux. My further education was in psychology, training and consulting. Especially my long-term training in systemic coaching and team development is a source of inspiration for my work.
I grew up in the north, but meanwhile live in the southern part of Germany, together with my Dutch partner. But I still love the north and therefore come to Hamburg frequently.
