Martina Müller-KrügerI love the complexity of project teams as it requires taking multiple perspectives that are simultaneously challenge and opportunity for development. In order to develop its full potential and be successful as a team, team members need to engage in dialogue with each other as well as with key persons in their environment. A successful control process of a project is crucially related to the quality of collaboration of the people. Therefore supporting organizations, teams and employees as a consultant and coach is a very fascinating challenge for me. After having completed my studies in Modern China Studies with a focus on economics and law, I have been working in a personnel development department of a multinational (German) chemical company for several years. My work focused on coaching and consulting processes of internationalization, during which the most inspiring factor for me was working together with colleagues and customers from different countries and backgrounds. As a freelancer I am in contact mostly with customers working in an international context as well as in contexts where different cultures in a broader sense (e.g. team cultures, company cultures, professional cultures) meet and aim at developing a common (new) culture, for example in project teams and mergers. The basis for my work is my experience in the field of personnel development combined with a two year training in systemic coaching and team development. |
