Marie Otten is an experienced project manager and expert in developing and leading project offices for the support of the Project Manager and Team  having led project offices for large projects such as

• Conception and Implementation of a hub at an airport
• Planning and Organization of the operation of a new international airport
• Development and piloting of master processes for passenger and aircraft ground handling

In the project offices (PM Office) Marie operationalizes and implements the project management.
As an experienced Project Manager she efficiently analyses and coordinates processes through consistent controlling of follow up acitivities.

Marie creates transparency through facilitation of meetings, written protocols and selecting information to prepare presentations and documentation.

Marie is a qualified tourism and event manager and also holds a diploma of The European Business College. She enjoys the challenge of organizing large events and has a high affinity to cultural topics and international projects.
