Kirsten Kratz

My work with people involves a high sense of responsibility with regards to the individuals goals, wishes and needs. Many years of experience in human recources and organizational developement have given me the opportunity to accompany individuals and organisations during change processes and contribute to their personal growth. It is my objective to work systematically in this field; that means working in a solution- and ressource-oriented manner and combining different points of view.

After having finished my commercial training I studied business management in Mannheim with an emphasis on organization and psychology. What I have learned there and what I am now integrating into my work is entrepreneurial as well as philantropic thinking.

Following to my studies I have worked in the human recourses departement of an international company. In the beginning of this work I was a consultant and trainer in the fields of management, co-operation and communication. Afterwards my main tasks were shifted to the conception and realization of instruments for human research.
After I stayed abroad for two years I am now working as a freelance consultant and trainer.
