I contribute to projects my experience with the dynamics and complexity of larger group events, especially as technical organiser of two annual congresses of the Evangelical Church of Germany.
A certified and licensed PM trainer of the German Society of Project Management (GPM), I train project managers in preparation of their certification.
My wide experience in concept forming and implementation of all-company solutions in the pharmaceutical industry, IT and R&D Organisations has created a broad basis for comprehensive project management and organisational development tasks.
I consider professional project management to be the most ambitious yet rewarding instrument for organisational and personnel development, and for special tasks to be accomplished.
