I am fascinated by complex change processes. How to achieve the best from staff by using their strengths and involving them at all stages is the question I like to answer. I am used to big change projects and different cultures through my experience abroad and in start-up situations
I have a doctorate in economic and social sciences and experience as a communication and behavioural trainer. I took education courses in systemic methods and large scale invention. I started in HR department and I have been working as a consultant for the last 10 years.
My field are the techniques for planning and implementing change by involving the people. I like to mobilize and energize organisations in order to enable them to stay competitive and to grow.
