Scott Sartisson

Change is a process that we face on a daily basis both in our private and in our business lives.  Facing and overcoming the hurdles that come with change is one way in which we as individuals learn, develop and grow.

For the past 20 years I have held International leadership positions through which I had the opportunity to both lead and take part in many significant change processes. These include international projects, strategy development and post merger integration. Throughout these processes my greatest interest and highest
priority has always been the people side.

I thrive on taking on large, complex problems and enjoy working with and inspiring others to overcome their challenges.

As part of the Post Merger Integration team at Consensa I am excited about leading and taking part in a variety of integration projects and drawing on my broad practical business experience as well as my direct post merger integration experience in order to add significant value to our customer’s business.

On a personal note I was born in Canada and moved to Hamburg in 1989 where I have happily settled with my wife and 2 teenage children. I enjoy playing tennis, running, skiing, playing strategy games and watching the kids play handball.
