Maren Windus

At Consensa I am a consultant and trainer for projects and organisational development processes and also responsible for internal projects and PR. Having worked both in large organisations and freelance, I now take particular interest in contributing to this small but committed team.

I am a trainer banker and have studied Business Administration with a major focus on psychology. My first major experience in organisational development was in the insurance industry. I am fascinated by larger restructuring processes where project management can help efficient implementation when integrating the needs of various interest groups.

I have more recently focused on facilitating strategy workshops, team development and executive coaching. I also take a major interest in qualifying internal consultants and facilitators who are part of projects.
My consulting work benefits from my experience with group variety and humanistic psychology methods. Furthermore I have received major impulses from my own training in systemic counselling. It is within this approach that I find variety and complexity together with a particularly positive idea of the human being.
A wife and mother living in Hamburg, I love nature and books.
