I do like complexity, interaction, and change. Where there is change, there is life and business is an important part of life.

My aim as a consultant is to shape this part of life with you – co-operatively, consciously, and professionally. I want to initiate change in your organisation and to provide you with work structures that support you to develop effective and creative solutions. Solutions that fit your context, that are sustainable, and that also give you an opportunity for professional development.

The CONSENSA approach is an excellent prerequisite. I have successfully applied it to very different organisations and projects - efficiently and very close to every day business life.

During the last two years I have successfully planned and supported a comprehensive strategy and structure development process for a large non-profit-organisation. This involved to design and implement supporting processes like team development, qualification and knowledge management.

My intercultural management and facilitation skills stem from my working experience with a global player in financial services. As I strive to continuously develop my portfolio of tested facilitation and consulting tools in an applied way, I decided to do a MBA with a British business school. I thus often work in international and virtual teams with managers from all around the globe.

After years with large and very different organisations, consulting became an exciting challenge to cater for my interest in diversity and change in my own professional life. I am looking forward to working with you!
