In order to use the lessons you have learned in a project you first need to identify them. Every project is full of valuable lessons and at the end of the project it is often difficult to have a clear overview of what they in fact are. As time passes these valuable lessons begin to fade away and eventually they are lost. Secure these lessons while they are still fresh in people’s minds. Ideally this can be done in a 1 day team workshop that coincides with the project close.
